The holidays are over. Spring is several weeks off. And now is the time to set yourself up for the long stretch without much fun in the sun.
What do you do to help get yourself through these long winter days? Personally, I like to do whatever I can to get healthy. That means eating better, exercising more, and settling down on the weekends in front of the fire with a good book.
